Canal 365: Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Canal 365 (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.  

2. Service Description

Canal 365 provides access to streaming media content, including movies, TV shows, documentaries, and other programs ("Content"). The availability of Content may vary depending on your location and subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account ("Account") to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information, including your password. You agree to notify Canal 365 immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.  

4. Subscription

• Subscription Plans: Canal 365 offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. You can choose the plan that best suits your needs.
• Payment: You authorize Canal 365 to charge the designated payment method for your subscription fees.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings.  
   
• Refunds: Refunds for subscription fees are generally not provided, except as required by applicable law.

5. Content Use

• License: Canal 365 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream Content for personal, non-commercial use.
• Restrictions: You may not:
  • Download or record Content unless expressly permitted.
  • Distribute, broadcast, or publicly perform Content.
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes.
  • Circumvent any technological measures used to protect Content.
  • Modify or adapt Content.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content on Canal 365 is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any Content without Canal 365's express written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Canal 365 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.  

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Canal 365 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if Canal 365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.  

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canal 365 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.  

10. Changes to Terms

Canal 365 may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.  

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA.   

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes or dispute resolution will be handled by the courts where the company is based.
